Welcome to ConceptVera. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConceptVera ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our gaming applications, high-performance web interfaces, and digital environments.

By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you are expressly prohibited from using our site and applications.
We operate from Berlin, Germany, and these terms are designed to comply with local regulations while maintaining a global gaming standard. The ConceptVera ecosystem requires high-fidelity engagement—meaning you agree to maintain the integrity of our software.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property. This includes but is not limited to: source code, database structures, game mechanics, Unreal Engine configurations, UI/UX designs, audio-visual content, and trademarked logos. These are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Germany and international conventions.
User Representation
By using the site, you represent that you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
Restricted Engagement Protocols
To maintain the stability of our gaming environments and ensure the safety of our Unreal Engine integrations, the following behaviors are strictly monitored and enforced.
Unauthorized Extraction
Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from ConceptVera is prohibited.
System Interference
Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools that compromise the 120Hz display optimizations.
Security Circumvention
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords or bypassing thermal throttling safety measures designed for mobile longevity.
Technical Constraint Notice
Attempting to bypass API level compatibility minimums or overriding local-save support is considered a breach of the digital safety protocol (Section 4.2).
Limitation of
Responsibilities
ConceptVera provides a high-performance gaming environment. However, the performance of these tools often depends on factors outside of our control, such as user hardware latency, browser engine variances, and network throughput thresholds.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or our gaming builds.

We do not guarantee that the services will be free from temporary frame-rate instability during high-density urban level rendering.

Server-side latency vs. local ping variances are inherent to global gaming and do not constitute a failure of service.
Engineering Trade-off Matrix
High-poly models increase load times and thermal throttling risks.
Global synchronization may introduce latency variances across 5G vs Wi-Fi 6.
Regular builds stay within the 200MB over-the-air App Store download limits.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Berlin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Berlin, Germany, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, we encourage reaching out to our Compliance Officer at info@conceptvera.space to attempt informal resolution of technical or billing discrepancies.
Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of remaining clauses.
